Website access and technical data
When you visit, your browser sends technical data to the server and network infrastructure delivering the website. This includes your IP address, date and time, requested file, browser information and, where applicable, the previously visited page. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and its files and to operate it securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the technical provision and protection of this website.
The website container does not keep access logs. Technical data is processed for the duration of the connection. Where the reverse proxy or hosting infrastructure generates error or security logs, these are used only to resolve errors and address specific disruptions, then deleted once that work is complete, unless a legal obligation or the protection of legal claims requires longer retention. Recipients are the hosting and infrastructure providers involved in technical operation, to the extent necessary for those tasks.
Cookies, language preference and video
This website uses no cookies, analytics or marketing services. The AR interaction stays in your browser’s working memory and is not transmitted to a server. Fonts, images, PDFs and project films are delivered from this website. Video loads only when you start it. There is no external video player or connection to MagentaCLOUD during playback.
When you select a language, we store only that preference (German or English) under “aetos-language” in your browser’s local storage, so your choice is remembered on later visits. Without a manual selection, the browser language is used. This value is not sent to us or used for analytics or profiling. You can delete it in your browser’s website data settings or change your choice at any time using the language switch.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we process your contact details and the content of your enquiry solely to respond and handle any necessary follow-up. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract; otherwise it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in responding. Email enquiries also involve the email infrastructure used. Data is deleted once the enquiry is resolved, unless statutory retention requirements or specific evidential needs require otherwise.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. For privacy enquiries, contact contact@michelbusse.dev.
Further information
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place. You do not need to enter personal details to use this website; technically necessary connection data is generated with each request. The website does not embed services that transfer visitor data to third countries.
